Peter: a question. On page 2 of the installation guide there is a box but it is cut. What are the values of "dynamic ambient saturation" and "dynamic ambient gamma? Thank you.

Edit: answer in page 9.

The color of the light masts also changes by itself
Shader Patch: v0.1.25-preview205
Sol: 1.4 alpha10

The normal user should know that a new CSP or Sol ... mostly needs new track configs if new or modified features appeared. ;)
You didn't change anything ? .... but what about CSP version and Sol versions ?
Moreover it's very easy as just looking in CM if track, car configs or VAO are up to date or not ... and very easy also to install the new version when it is released.

Good reading is what mostly is missing nowadays ... and that's just an ascertainment and not a reproach.
Mostly skim reading ....
automatic update should be the best for CSP, Sol and configs .... ( except beta branch at choice ). Sure it should help Peter and Ilja .... not to have to repeat always the same answer. :D

CM VAO and Track Lighting is up to date.
When I activate in Lighting FX, Extensions I have the problem.
Have also tried the setting for the last update in Discord. Also all values to 0 but problem remains.

Did you install those Track configs using CM to update them or did you do it manually ?

The 1st one does it perfectly at the right place "Loaded" ... manually if you place them in "extensions/config/tracks" and the previous version is still in "Loaded" ... the result will be that the previous one will remain the used one.

In Lighting FX, is the brightness at 100% as mentioned in the Sol 1.3 pdf ?

Hey guys.

I don’t often race at night but thought I would give the Porsche 911 RSR a go at Spa.
All of the trackside lighting was randomly flashing. Sol and CSP are up to date. Tried a few of the latest CSP previews but no change.
Tried it at Monza and it was perfect.

Any ideas ? (I tried Reinstall track config).

For Sol and CSP .... ( beta versions ) which are for now the most reliable ? .... I have a big gap between 2 AC Championship races and might try one of the best latest versions for both.
Which one could you advise me ?

Thx in advance. ;)

Hi,
I'm no expert but if you keep your same settings it's worth a try. I would create a windows restore point so no worries.

*As a side note, don't think your rig is not worth throwing a little money at because of it's age. We have about the same setup, I built mine in 2012 and have upgraded hardware slowly. Until recently I was using a GTX 970, which was an upgrade, now with the GTX 2080 intro several months ago I took advantage of the 1080 coming down and got a generic (HP) 1080TI on ebay cheap. My GTX 970 allowed me to run AC on High settings with 38 IMSA style cars on the Daytona 24 Road track, my 1080TI runs the same setup with settings Maxed out. Anything over 38 cars there I get an intermittent CPU 99% Occupancy Warning, I have run 42 and disregarded the occasional warning. My setup now is:

Windows 7 Professional (x64
SABERTOOTH X58 Rev 1.xx
Intel Core i7 930, 2.6 @ 3.8
HP, GTX 1080TI @ factory
24GB DDR3 @ 1814 MHz
Samsung SSD 850 EVO 1TB

Drive well good luck.

Does the CM Lite version is enough to properly configure the mod, or do I need the use the full version?
I am new to AC.

Just try it and if you like it then buy if for a donation. Why are you worried about spending a few euros. If a few euros worries you find another hobby. For what you get it is well worth the money.
