Hopefully it will pick up again soon but I for one really enjoy racing in R3E. I also enjoy racing against people more than AI because it is more unpredictable and the social aspect is certainly as enjoyable as the racing. Thanks for playing well with others last night @sc4dr !! Hanging out with us slowpokes made for a much better time for all.
As for ACC, it is fun to race in and competitive but mostly because it has only 2 classes of cars that are pretty easy to drive (not "drive FAST" of course) it lends itself to casual racers. Many of those I've raced with in ACC are very new to sim racing and just learning. It can be very complicated and realistic which means that setup and consistency are even more important than in other sims.

One of the things I most like in R3E is that there is great variety and it is pretty easy to access.
You're too hard on yourself, especially coming from a guy who is always in contention for a podium!!

Great chase in race 2 @Goffik , and @Caramidaru Andrei Bogdan .
Yeah, that was great fun mate. I just couldn't find the extra tenth or two where I needed it to create a good passing opportunity!

Welcome to the RaceDepartment WTCR Series! This will be a stint of races over the next five weeks, the idea being to add a little friendly competition to our club racing. These events remain open to drivers of all levels, so please don't be afraid to sign up! Details of the calendar are as follows:

25/07/20 - Rounds 1 & 2: Imola - Grand Prix
01/08/20 - Rounds 3 & 4: Hockenheimring - Grand Prix
08/08/20 - Rounds 5 & 6: Nürburgring - Sprint
15/08/20 - Rounds 7 & 8: Hungaroring - Grand Prix

22/08/20 - Rounds 9 & 10: Zandvoort - Grand Prix

Before you sign up, please be aware of the following:

1) Participation in all events in the series is not mandatory. You can sign up or not, as you please.

2) If you sign up for an event then you are expected to finish both races. It's just good sportsmanship and shows respect to your fellow drivers.

3) Points will be awarded for each race and tracked over the series, but there are no prizes. It's just for fun.

4) Every driver should try to use a unique livery. Please state your chosen car & number when you sign up.

5) Full damage will be enabled, which includes the flat-spotting of tyres.

6) Our regular club rules are still in effect. The Golden Rule absolutely still applies to these events.
