Due to the server being a bit stupid I've just been putting up a few minutes before the official practice starts.
If I go on there now and set it to practice and noone joins for 15 mins, it will reset practice time, so timing will be way off and I have to restart the server anyways come official practice.
Bit annoying, but its first iteration of the server software, I hope for better implementation in a patch or three.

@Francis76 you have microphone ON, so we can hear noise from your game. If you don´t want to be muted by everyone, set "talking button" and press it only when you want to talk
Settings -> Options -> Hotkeys
