If pepole will follow the rules for once im in but if pepole start chatting during the race im gone and will take a long time than for me to get back.

Understand your frustration, especially that line-violence.
I think last time when we were chatting during race was because of me, Jan was writing me that I am invisible to others, so I can cause accident (which I did unfortunately...). Don't know what happened than, but that quick chat was reasonable.
