A message to all Drivers

If you run off track, you have to check to see that its clear before you re enter the track, Do not just keep the gas pinned and pull back on track.
When entering the track from the pits Stay off the racing line until you are up to speed, do not race on your out lap. let other drivers by.
on re-entering the track stay off the racing line until you are up to race speed
and do not block any fast approaching car, you have made the mistake by going off remember, so let them by cleanly

Golden Rule
  1. Be 100% sure it's not his fault and just carry on like nothing happened and take the risk of being banned for 30 days.
  2. Play on the safe side and wait for the affected drivers, knowing 100% sure you will not get a ban.
Track limits
  1. No more than 2 wheels over the white/yellow line without a lift of the gas please.
You will be penalized if you break our rules
Note: Please use your full real name in teamspeak. Not doing so may result in you being kicked from the server if an admin cannot identify you as a premium member.

I'd like to participate with an R8. I want to make sure where we are racing though. The track says Algarve in the instructions, the picture is from Spa and the heading and calendar entry say VIR. Thinking/hoping it's VIR, but wanted to make sure before I start working out a set up.

Most certainly will be VIR. We did Algarve 1 week ago or something.

Could you sign me up with the 488 #480? ;)
Thank you

PS: How do I need to set up the car so the tyre wear is lower?
Yes I could  Mainly, maybe you would reduce camber, toe and make the car slide less. But with AC's tyre model you can't affect wear almost at all and it just depends on the track, how quick the tires wear.

But you guys at the front managed to use soft tyres for 20 laps, while I used them after 8 laps and then it slided like crazy and lenghtened the brake distance. I needed to adjust brake balance very often up to a point.

Its also to down just being careful and adjusting your braking and acceleration to being as smooth as possible and knowing in which corners you can still push and which ones you have to take carefully. But the tire wear was still bad (30% left on the tires by end of the stint), its just question of can you still control the car.

Ps. It depends on the car as well, for example the GT-R is still driveable and reasonably quick even with 0% in the tires. (AC tire-model man... it's weird.)

I could possibly regret this but I'm in with the 911 please.

Never driven the car or track - should be fun!
Nice!!! I would love to see how fast you can be with the 911! You're obviously the better driver so it will be interesting to see you handle the 911.
