Sorry guys, been out of it for 48hrs, had a bit of a funny turn on Sunday, feel ok this morning but have got horrendous hand shakes at the moment. Will see how things go before deciding whether to attempt Zandvoort later.

A lot better thanx Kenny Paton, one of the symptoms I suffer is total shut down, usually get minutes to find somewhere comfy, as I could be there a while, some weird . Sort of getting used to it apart from the coming round, bit disorientating. Just a tad hungry as I've not eaten for a while, waiting for my stomach to join me. Hopefully catch you guys later for a jaunt or two!
