Thanks, it may be the case you need the Full Version of Content Manager... As you have to enable the mod in the Content/Mods section of CM. OR... Try using the JSGME Mod Enabler found here on RD... https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/jsgme-mod-enabler.13803/
Incredible track, open roads like this it really give Assetto Corsa a new dimension. Thanks a lot to everyone involved in that project ;)

Thanks, glad you're liking these open roads, and the extra dimension they bring!
nice one!
This course is fantastic. Put on some tunes and just cruise. I am just starting out in sim racing and I don't have the skills to race yet so this is a wonderful track for learning fundamental driving skills on a sim without the whole "gotta go fast" thing floating over your head when you're on an actual race track.

It's also good for getting the feel for cars too. I am learning how the Testarossa feels using this track as it's my favorite car of all time and racing game royalty. Really helping get to grips with how it handles. Thanks a ton for making this :)

Cheers Whoozwah, great way of using these roads... and the Testarossa is a great car choice.
As you say it's a great way of increasing your car control skills, especially as Race Tracks have no centreline to make the 'track' half the width... For an additional challenge!
good

Thanks mate, almost 3 years in total, but it turned out pretty well :)
If I could rate higher, I would. This has most definitely made Assetto for me personally. I can't rave enough about this set of roadways, and to see how far you've come with it, my man, what a job! I look forward to trying Pacific next!

Side note, my buddy and I purchased the VIP platinum and though it seemed like we could "donate" more than the 9EUR, it only allowed 10EUR. We'll have to give you some more for this beauty as we feel you definitely deserve it!

Thank you!

Thanks Tops :) Great review... Glad the Canyons makes Assetto for you, that's great!

The current version of PCH is getting TOTALLY overhauled... And I've learnt more since LA Canyons.
Cheers to you and your buddy, but no more is required. Everyone having fun is awesome enough!

Drive safe!
Using this with CSP, graphically the best map i've seen, the attention to detail is fantastic. It's a great map to drive too with lots of long fast sweeping bends. Another happy VIP supporter (I paid for Silver access to get the 2 way traffic but was so impressed i bought Platinum a short time later).

Phoenix77
Thanks for the support Tyke, yeah there's something about the corners that calls you to put your foot down!
And it's great to do that all in the safety of your SimRig :)
Drive safe!
Wonderful to experience. An incredible achievement

Thanks KobiYashi, glad you're enjoying your time in the Canyons, great video! Drive safe!
Big shout-out to Phoenix77 from down here in SoCal Sun Dawg San Diego!!! This is an awesome track! Really accurate capturing the feel and looks, makes me go up there when driving this virtually. Brilliant work Phoenix77!!!
Phoenix77
Phoenix77
Love it NeoOne... Glad you appreciate the accuracy... and glad it takes you there... Cheers!
Work of a genius!!! I now have a way to drive my dream car Ferrari 250 GT California Spider SWB with the authentic Thrustmaster Ferrrari 250 GTO wooden driving wheel replica that matches exactly the real one for this car on California Canyons or his other track PCH1. Try both roads at dawn, the scenic drives are unreal. Get the platinum edition, its worth every penny!!! We all need to support Phoenix to keep enhancing and doing tracks.

Phoenix cant thank you enough for this master piece, Now I use it for therapy and drive it to relax and get away from it all on my favorite classic cars. Cant get enough!!!

Thanks RK, great review... PCH is getting a total, well deserved, overhaul... everything is being replaced!
I think your GTO will enjoy it. Cheers for the support :)
Nice Drift Track

Cheers Mark, Having fun is what it's all about :)
As soon as I saw this, I just bought the Platinum. I live about 1 hour from Angeles Crest and I used to ride my motorcycle there (and Glendora Mountain Road) all the time! One question though: is it just me, no matter how many AI I set (in Race) and even I set my position as 'last', I never saw anybody in front. Only after I drove for a little while that I saw may be 1 behind me. Did I miss anything obvious?
Thank you.
Phoenix77
Phoenix77
Thanks Testrider, awesome you're local to the real roads :)
If you're on a Traffic layout... in Race Mode... The AI are spread around the 26 Mile, main loop...
You'll need a fair amount of AI to see anyone because of the sheer distances involved.

20+ is a good starting amount of AI (Depending on your computers power)
Just got it the other day and made my first test drive. Must say, this is one of the most awesome tracks I've ever seen. It just invites to cruise along... have a nice drive. I like it so much!

Cheers, glad you're enjoying cruising the Canyons :)
This is a piece of art... thanks
