Random trivia you may be aware of already, but the second race for the 300SL ever (I think) was at Bremgarten; Caracciola crashed one which ended his career (broken leg, not fatal).

I just noticed the striking resemblance of the modern Mercedes-AMG GT3's grille to the classic 300 SL above. Great homage from the brand!

It's also funny how similar the previous gen SLS AMG GT3's grille had been to the 300 SL Gullwing.

Well, more likely the 1954+ production car W198 really. I'm not sure how much the chassis changed but that body's more iconic.

Brake distance markers added, camera-facing pine cones added to track edge under trees, and 'crunchy leaves' sounds added when you drive over the dead leaves (well, it's actually sand.wav but it's quite convincing)
