Here you can get help with "SimShaker - Wheels" issues and questions.

SimShaker - Wheels is a mediation software between a supported car simulation game and Gametrix JetSeat or well known Buttckicker hardware to provide immersing event driven vibration FXs (special effects).
Currently supported PC titles: iRacing, Assetto Corsa, Automobilista, rFactor 2, DiRT Rally, Project CARS, Project CARS2, ETS2, ATS, F1 2016/2017 and RRRE.
Currently supported console titles: F1 2016.

I changed usb port and miracle my problem is solved
rally dirt tests = OK
raceroom tests = OK
rfactor 2 tests = Ok
I love my gametrix too much and I missed it

Hello,

I have a problem whilst trying to test using the demo version. SSW installs and loads OK until I select use bass-shakers, message comes up that app will be restarted, it closes and then crashes upon starting. I have an Asus Xonar DGX, it is set to allow exclusive use, as is the default audio device.
Windows shows Event 1001, screenshot below.

Thank you. This looks like SSW is not able to process audio devices collection data on your system. Is there something unusual in your audio devices configuration?

Hello, my issue was caused by Bitdefender (silently without prompt) blocking SSW from writing to a User directory. Allowing SSW application within Bitdefender 'File Protection' resolved the issue.

hey andre, had not fired up my PC in about a month when I had SSW working great on AC and Dirt Rally. Now I get the following errors. I have triple checked my settings, and have exclusive control checked...any advice?
