It's just a brilliant track - you get lost in time, and always feel disappointed when you realise you'll have to get back to the 'real world' at some point...
Beautiful recreation, wonderful scenery.
Your tracks are absolute master pieces! Thanks!
It is very rare for me to come back and review anything on internet, but this track deserve it! Awesome job here! Thank you!
This track has four and a half stars? Who the hell gave this track less than 5 stars? Are you kidding me!!!
When driving on the track for the first time, one can immediately sense that it has been created with love and attention to detail. The historic aspect only adds to the greatness of this modification, making it one of the best Assetto Corsa tracks of all time, and nothing short of a work of art that formidably proves how much effort some enthusiasts are willing to put into something that is considered "just a game" by the vast majority of simracers.

Thank you very much! It sounds like you enjoy using the track as much as I enjoyed making it. Mission accomplished :)

I'm a big fan of historical tracks. I live here in Germany about 50 km away from the "Feldberg" . It's amazing how good the mood has captured in this track. Driving it with historical cars is also very good. But also with GT3 cars like the Audi LMS or the Ferrari 488 GT3 makes a lot of fun. Whish there where more tracks like this...
THANK YOU!!!
Magnificent - AC has become THE go-to game for classic content and no small part of that is Alfie's tracks - I came to this one after Deutchlandring and Fonteny, but it's no less impressive - packed full of detail in a way a studio wouldn't have time to do and a road layout that will have you swearing off modern tracks forever more.

And I say that after binning multiple qualifying laps at the final kink...
Another fascinating piece of racing history. I really appreciate the background information, and it also implies the amount of dedication and care put into recreating the track. Nothing says you can't race modern cars here, either. You'll feel like you are in a car commercial blasting through the village, and like a real hero waking everyone within miles up. There's a sleepy feel to the surroundings, with wonderful details like dead leaves invading the road. You'll find your limits soon enough. The track entices you to go fast and then throws in every kind of curve to make brakes screech in pain.
Man, your tracks are just amazing ! I'd argue maybe even better than the original track. Very good work, much appreciated. I'll try to remember to donate soon !
Challenging and really authentic feeling track. Having a real blast driving a Spyder or Lotus 25 downhill over the cobblestones and flat out through the last corners.
My kind sir I am so happy I found your track mods. I applaud you for taking the time and effort, and pouring your love and soul in making such masterpieces. Bravo!
You absolutely smashed it! A fantastic track! I live like 5 km away from the Feldberg and it looks very good. Greetings from Hessen!

Thank you! I hope I did your wonderful area justice :)
I am honest - I haven't driven on that track yet, but I just loaded a couple of cars and flew over it (F7 camera). I'm fallen in love with Feldbergring.

The level of detail is absolutely amazing! You put so much love into this fantastic track. Thank you very much, Fat-Alfie!

I love the campfires at the side of the track - the tents, the small huts, the tree stubs, the piles of wood, the spectator crossovers, the buildings, the cobblestone, the smoke which comes out of the chimneys and moves... All that and the things I haven't mentioned or spotted so far are truly a wonderful work of art.

Can't wait to drive on your outstanding looking track! :-)
(Hope, I will find time to setup my wheel tonight.)

Thank you very much. Those little things are the parts I enjoy making the most - the things that take hours to make and place, and yet when you are racing they flash past without you even noticing them :) I hope you enjoy racing round it as much as I do.
There should be a special categorie for Fat Alfie. His works are nothing short of master pieces. 6 stars!!!!
I rarely comment on anything, but you deserve acknowledgement for a very well done job. The graphics are very immersive, the feel of the road is great, and the combination of curves going up and downhill is the most addictive one I've seen in AC, only second to the Green Hell. I've been driving for days not being able to change to other circuits. I've driven almost all cars in AC on it. That's how addictive it is.

Thank you very much for your time and effort.

You're welcome, glad you enjoy it so much, and thanks for taking the time to try it out and review it. I have to admit that I am guilty of doing that too (rarely leaving reviews) but I am trying to leave more, now I appreciate and understand just how helpful they can be. Cheers!

I'm new to AC, and have just this week discovered Fat Alfie's incredible tracks. This is the first one I've tried out, and all I can say is WOW. I wish every modder put this level of quality into their work. Not only is it very, very, very well-done, but the course itself is really fun! One of these days I may not get taken by surprise by the wall on the outside of Teufelsquartier!

I can't thank you enough for the hard work you put into these tracks.
What a beautiful track. I am having more fun than you can imagine driving this track.
