Track Designing Competition

Here's My circuit: http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=7346461
And here is the winners circuit: http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=7346537
While my circuit differs in terms of the middle sector in particular, the ideas behind the changes in the middle sector both attempt to change the same thing in terms of allowing cars to follow. However my changes were much less dramatic in only tightening the final s-curves and I think the circuit designer in fact does a better job than me in allowing cars to follow. The changes in the first corner also aim to set up better overtaking opportunities into the second hairpin. Finally in both circuits the stadium section has been changed to not suck to the extreme levels that the current one does and allow cars to follow closer onto the main straight. @Jimlaad43 you are our winner

The Dutch want a Grand Prix, but Zandvoort and Assen are struggling to come up with the funding to change the track to F1 standards. As such, a third circuit in the Kingdom of the Netherlands has said they could host it.
In 1985, the Curaçao Grand Prix was held for Formula 3000 cars around this circuit in south Willemstad.

Create a new circuit for a Formula 1 Grand Prix in Willemstad, Curaçao (which isn't necessarily based on this track), and turn the old F3000 circuit into a Formula E track.

I'm staring to like these two-part challenges, so here is one of my own.

Develop a Formula One and a Formula E street circuit somewhere around Wellington Harbour, NZ. Both circuits must use the same paddock and start/finish line. The Formula One circuit should also be appropriate for the normal lower-class events of a Formula One weekend, such as Supercars or Formula 3.
