You have to select the right month of the year, like July or August.
Try another PP filter ?
I created the rainFX code for those of you who have the beta CSP. Go into your ext_config.ini file and add the following code. You can add it anywhere, but I would put it after "SUPPORTS_WIND=1".
The STREAM_POINT coordinates are all of the streetlamps (the bottom of their lenses), a few trees and power lines. I went around and positioned a drops of water coming out of the lights which shows up under heavy rain. Looks really cool at night when the lights are on because the rain catches the light. If you don't like it, just delete the STREAM_POINT lines.

Hey, where is the "ext_config.ini" file to add this?
The "highforce.ini" is located inside "\Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\extension\config\tracks\loaded"

Usually tracks have one or the other. Newer tracks and cars seem to have these ext_config.ini files inside the extension folders. No way is better than the other. I think the extension folders is the new method.
If you go looking for one of these .ini files and you don't have one, check this forum thread as someone posted one before me.

I think CSP had preference for the config file in the content\tracks\highforce\extension folder, at least that was what track makers asked for so that their own configs would not get overruled by some raver kid from discord

Hi, it's my first day doing mods and stuff on AC, firstly, thanks to yourself and everyone making this game so amazing and putting in the hard work, I played AC on PS4 for 2 years before spending a lot of money on a simracing rig, and it's stuff like this that makesit worth every penny.
If you don't mind a complete noob question, how do I install the shaders mod/patch you made for highforce once I've downloaded it (got CM and SOL installed yesterday, is installing shader patches similar to installing cars and tracks? If so, which folder do I copy them into?

You have already done the hard part. You can now just run CM and drag the latest version (or any version) from here https://acstuff . ru/patch/ Remove the spaces. This is similar to a lot of cars and tracks but beware sometimes you need to manually install mods.
It has been years since I had to do this, but I think an even easier option is to go here and just download+enable CSP right there in your CM settings page:
