May is over, but the racing extravaganza continues on the real-life circuits. Naturally, the Racing Club also has some rather intriguing events for our Premium Members in store - here's what's on tap for the upcoming week.
Once the Nürburgring 24 Hours in the books on , Premium Members can get their GT3 fix in Assetto Corsa on Sunday night - albeit in a "vintage" fashion, using stock GT3 machinery already included in AC. For something more modern, look no further than Monday's GT4 double-header at Oulton Park in ACC - reverse grids included!
Meanwhile, on the same evening, the rFactor 2 club goes for a bit of an unusual multiclass combination - F1 cars versus Citroen 2CVs. Also a double-header, drivers are required to swap classes in between heats - Silverstone's National layout should be pretty busy on Monday night.
Later in the week, the FWD vs. RWD series continues in AC on Wednesday, this time at the Luccaring. Then, Thursday, sees round two of the Q2 F3 Summer Championship tackle the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in Montreal, also in Assetto Corsa.
With summer approaching, how does a trip to Italy sound? If your answer is "great", then the Rally Club is the place to be, as it is headed to the gravel stages of Rally Sardegna - the event is live until Wednesday night, so be sure to prove your off-road prowess!
There is a bit more to it though, of course. The Racing Club hosts events throughout the week in the following simulations:
Racing Club events are open to Premium Members only. However, there are occasional 'Rookie Weeks' or non-Premium Member events to allow everyone to try the Club. To keep track on what events are happening during the week, keep an eye on this post, which will be updated weekly.
Do not be afraid to ask for help if you need it, either! The Club regulars are a helpful bunch, so even online newcomers should feel comofortable in no time and even learn a thing or two.
There are Racing Club rules, of course. They include certain on-track behavior that is expected of participants, like how to handle incidents and racing around other cars. You can find the full Racing Club rules list here.

As we recently merged our websites, the OverTake community that had not been around on RaceDepartment before, we felt it might be useful to explain what the Racing Club actually is. Simply put, it is just what the name implies - a club to go racing in.There is a bit more to it though, of course. The Racing Club hosts events throughout the week in the following simulations:
- Assetto Corsa
- Assetto Corsa Competizione
- Automobilista 2
- EA Sports WRC
- RaceRoom (currently inactive)
- rFactor 2
Racing Club events are open to Premium Members only. However, there are occasional 'Rookie Weeks' or non-Premium Member events to allow everyone to try the Club. To keep track on what events are happening during the week, keep an eye on this post, which will be updated weekly.
