You need to have at least 1 non race session setup, just make training 1 minute long, worked for me

my server starts and shows only in the lan discovery for 30 seconds but not in the public lobbies (register to lobby is on)

Is there an option, setting or command line parameter on auto-starting the ACC server with the GUI?

After I press start server the Server GUI crashes and doesn't respond. Any fix for that? Thanks!
