When trying to run with this car through CM, my game crashes and I get the message "driver model is probably missing". Tried reinstalling the entire physics patch, but same issue.

Reinstall the mod by following all of the steps to the letter. If the issue still exists, do a steam file integrity check.

Awesome mod!! Slicks not showing visually however.. How can i fix this?
LTLGamer1
LTLGamer1
1) Is The only problem with the slicks version a visual one?
2) Did you update CM and CSP to the latest version?
As someone who used the previous version of the mod, I thought it couldn't get any better than this, but this new update surprised me once again, good job man

Thanks man!
Great hypothetical, but I have one gripe if you call it that,
the default setup for the car with slicks has too rearward of an aero balance, I changed the rear wing to 16 degrees and literally ran watkins glen 5 seconds faster than the rss 2019 mod, which for some reason is faster than the 2020. 1.09:9 vs 1:15:0

Still really fun to drive the fastest feasable car in sim racing though
Thanks to your mod I explode all my lap times, it's a blessing. Great job, thank you very much.
Dear LTLGamer1. Could you explain to me how to install the Ferrari F2004 Slick Tires mod on Renault R25? I tried everything and I couldn't. I would be very grateful if you could answer me. Thank you very much

No mod for the VRC F1 2005 cars for the moment. I'm waiting for v1.2 of the cars; then I'll start working on slicks for those cars.
Superb. Maybe a little overpowered? It works too with the skins of the R25 and the others. great work

Thanks man!. Appreciate it.
Shaved a whole 6 seconds off my time my god this is fast but probably in real life very dangerous!
driving this car is absolutely pleasant but im having a problem, no sound at all, i changed the sfx file name and still doesn't work, regular f2004 does work though. any help?

If you followed all the steps, then there should be a GUIDs.txt file in the sfx folder of the mod car. The car name inside this file, the name of the F2004 sfx file and the mod folder name should be the same. DM me if the problem persists.
CM tells me that driver model is missing. Any help?

Very unusual. You're the first case of this error I have seen. Try doing a file integrity check of AC via Steam and try again installing the mod following all of my instructions to the letter. DM me if the problem persists.
Driving this Mod around Mugello makes You feel like You are Mick Schumacher back in 2020 during the Tuscan GP Weekend! BTW I play AC on Keyboard and I don't even need TC with those Tires :)
nice
Great mod!
But! From the first laps I drove in Spa 4 seconds faster. I think this is too fast. It seems to me in real life slicks would not give such speed.

For comparison I tried to swap tires from SF70h, but for some reason the swap does not work in the current CM version (strange, because once I changed tires in this way on other cars). It would be interesting to compare tires from SF70h to yours.

I downloaded another similar mod. It looks like there is identical physics. The difference is that another mod adds Pirelli slicks visually also.
This question i asked myself many times and many years ago is virtual answered, thank you for 1 less anchored question xD 5+

Good to know that I've answered that question for you (virtually at least).
Absolute hoot. For reference my best times around Laguna Seca:
F2004 - 1:03.9
RSS FH 2020 - 1:02.6
F2004 Slicks - 1:01.6
Long live the F2004!
