This is a custom championship created around a collection of cars, skins and tracks, created by the extremely talented people here. This mod includes the purchasing of several paid cars from designers RaceSimStudio. Please support them.

Disclaimer

The cars from the below GT and LMP 'packs' are quite varied in quality. This championship includes cars that are of lower quality for the sole use of the AI grid, and not for them to be driven by yourself. I've spent months fixing errors on these cars to make this championship remotely possible. Lights, animations, body errors, sounds, performance, and a plethora of other bugs were fixed to allow the AI to drive these.

Ultimately, fixing these old cars is not my responsibility, but I've fixed what I can. If there's an issue with the car, reach out to the creator (credited at the end of this page), or create a patch yourself for others to download. Modding cars isn't my forte, and is not the purpose of this mod. Though the quality of these cars isn't anything to shout home about, the mid-2000's era of Le Mans is a special one, so this had to be done.

Installation (in this order)

Please read these instructions carefully. It would be easier if I bundled everything up to install in one go, but there's a few reasons why I wouldn't. Firstly, it's a waste of resources hosting two of the same file. Secondly, if the resource is updated, I'd also have to update mine which takes time. Lastly, the original creators of the below assets should get the recognition and the download count, not me.



Step 01.
Download and install the following cars. Simply drag and drop into Content Manager to install.

Step 02.
Download the following car packs (please read the disclaimer at the top of this page about these packs).

NOTE: You only need to install the cars listed below from those packs. Drag and drop the following folders from the .rar files onto Content Manager to install them:

Step 03.
Download and install the following skins. Simply drag and drop onto content manager to install.

Step 04.
Download and install the Circuit de la Sarthe. Simply drag and drop onto content manager to install.

Step 05.
Download my patch below, and install by extracting to your 'assetto corsa/content' folder.

Step 06.
Place the contents of the 'champs' folder within this download into:

C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Assetto Corsa\champs

Tips

• Want a shorter race? Edit the championship and change the race length to 6 laps with a Time Multiplier of 60x to change this race into the 24 minutes of Le Mans.
  
  
• Faster than the AI? Edit the championship (Content > User Championships) and edit the grid preset. At the bottom, add your own restrictor and/or ballast.
  
  
• Want to change your main car? Edit the championship (as above) to swap it. Remember to add the main car back into the AI grid, and remove the new car you're driving from the AI grid.
