Well I'd say Ford for the simple fact that its a little more spread upon the entire world. (ok we do get some Holden's here but they've mainly been badged as Saturns or Pontiacs, soon it will be Chevys since Saturn and Pontiac bit the dust)

I never personally understood the rather crazy duel between Holden and Ford personally, so my opinion doesn't really have a say. but I guess it could be compared to Ford Vs. GM in the states.

Also I started working on replacing the timing belt on my PT only to have a lug freeze up on the stud and force me to break the wheel stud and replace it.

But we're talking Ford Australia here...which exports cars to - afaik - nowhere. (Anyone guess who I'm biased toward? haha)
Holden (while they are rebadged) actually exports to many countries.

Anyway, if David's keen to re-do Bathurst I'll model up the VE commodore. I'm just not particularly interested in modelling a ford. At least an Australian designed Ford haha. You might need to get someone else for that one

Great, I thought I'd be forced to revamp the Maloo which'd be a big job, I might someday anyway, it'd make a good safety car.

You could also model a large mallet and smash the holden with it, ok it wouldn't be a ford still but close...

Oh and it aint just the Aussie designed Fords either, think Mondeo, man that was an ugly car

Ford (the company in general) may have produced some of the finest cars out there. Just think on the Mustang, GT40, Falcon, Escort and Sierra Cosworth, the Escort MKI, the Capri... a lot of good stuff! And of course, the Pinto

I remember the two door convertible they made in Oz called the Capri, that was a complete lemon of a car.

Agreed though they have on occasion been able to produce something less than ordinary.

Maybe Ruud could incorporate some Cg explosions, then we could realistically recreate Fords rear end collision 'Feature' LOL

They export to New Zealand mate. We have several Australian made cars in the family. As far as Ford is concerned, my Dad has a Ford Falcon Futura and an uncle has a Ford FPV. We have Holden's too but that's a different topic
