Colour blind so I can't tell the difference between the two, but I like the overall look. Only comment from me is that on the little extension on the 1 has a little point that dips down; I'd flatten it out so that it's in-line with the top of the 5. Even if just the bottom corner of that little bit so you get a straight line from the underside of the horizontal line of the 5 right through to the vertical of the 1.

Nit picky, I know :p

I don't really know how to make that.
Main thing is to use .obj if possible, or .dae, I always prefer the .obj but both work great like Gary was saying,

1st inside photoshop,
Select File/Open
31da96ba0909651518bd0a9122e5abb5.png

2nd Select the extracted 3D Mesh,

3rd and this probably the most important part,
f3ae1f781624724704be6dd34df27d65.png

Photoshop does not use "Meters" only mm,
so change the values manually and make the 1st section 2050.00 will change the rest,
no one hardly does this at all its a mistake,

4th Make sure its 4096x2048, but make sure the resolution is 1000,
really helps when merging down from 3D/2D on the files,

5th now we can see the chassis paints we extracted at the beginning inside our software,
6ccb8ba3f15b68b73dfb42a27b66e6dc.png

6th these are the modes used inside CS6 to move the views and rotate the objects,
top panel center.

7th to the right here we have the control panel, you can rotate the "infinite lighting here among other settings and values,
8th here in the right side we have the main settings which controls everything,
c5bb224dca3728254b7dc5c2b842581c.png

9th at the top right there is the material settings, its better to select a nice material to start with 1st before proceeding to apply your PSD,
0794ed07f015cced60ad522b50ab44cf.png

here we have gloss or matt the 2x blue materials both are fine to use from my experience,
I either select 1 or the other, but these 2 are the best materials from my personal experience,
10th now we have this inside the environment
e9143e07a93aca1fe96d71e2216d3b00.png

11th now select the diffuse tab in the top right next to the materials,
select diffuse/replace texture
a391ddc5f2ab0a3e7a849fcb366e4e1b.png

then simply load your PSD file you saved with your AO map and UV,
but UV is not normally required here there is settings inside photoshop much more advanced than using the rendered UV its live and adjustable with colors and opacity,
once its loaded, then go to edit texture,
8a4936f04ee69e8f5123236d4483d560.png

now we can see that both are open 3D/2D,
5452c5513034de19dd8d1a895c21de33.png

12th go to the "IMAGE" tab and select image size,
aa7c4387f664fe8b2c4a487d7b957721.png

make the resoltion match the 3D this is important that both documents match each other will improve the final merging of logos and settings, like so,
fdf39224ee90dc43458d56b5cd1303ed.png

13th make sure here on the top right of the document that its set to "projection" again this is important to ensure a true merging of the layers from A/B
c4c2038e96972fd46a47eee30f865831.png

then click "save" on this 2D PSD layer,
go back to the 3D Layer and click save document, if you have more than just 1 material or objects with multi materials, simply repeat this process on all layers loading them 1 by 1,
now we have a completed 3D PSD, which is storing all your 2D PSD also.

I hope this helps somewhat. :)

EDIT, I see whats happening,
how come the model is semi transparent lol ? strange keyshot settings those,
when you use keyshot its best to use just diffuse as .png and not dds, if you use dds you need to make sure to tick the alpha settings, but best to just use .png and no dds looks a lot better.
