SR Hardware are now able to offer custom made, one off paddle blocks and paddles for almost any application. We can also make custom paddles to retro-fit to G25 / G27 etc for larger wheels and specialist shapes in both black and 2x2 twill carbon fiber. The complete shifter block assemblys offer the highest quality in terms of both finish and feel/operation, add to this our custom made paddles (to your design shape and sized to fit any wheel size) and you have the equipment to build the base for your ultimate sim wheel! The paddles are adjustable for the throw and tension, allowing the user to attain the desired feel and ultimate control. Four paddle blocks (F1 style) will follow soon, with options for futher custom applications also.

Very nice, well done!

There should definitely be a market for custom shift paddles; I am surprised nobody(?) has made any yet.

If I had not already customized a set of Frex shift paddles/button unit I had lying around, I would definitely be interested in this! Maybe I am anyway when I think about it... ;)

What rough range of price are we talking about here?

They are quite expensive due to the 'hand made' nature and the materials used. But depending on fitment/type of carbon fiber used, switches etc prices start at around £135 for a complete unit with paddles etc. :)

Great looking but really a big price for the standard model isnt it? Dont get me wrong , im pretty sure its fantastic, just those prices ...:speechless:

Our products are not cheap, we never set out to make cheaper mass produced equipment (nothing wrong with that of course) but we wanted to make 'special' products with a high quality. Like all things in life, you get what you pay for :)

I can vouch for the quality of SimRacingHardware.com

It´s off the charts. If it´s too expensive then make your own out of wood, that´s a cheap alternative.
No need to get that funny here. That was just my opinion and i know for the fantastic quality of their products for sure!

@Brian

Never said they are cheap!!
Maybe i just spelled wrong, it was more likely "it can be build for less in germany", thats it.
I know about high end hardware prices cause i use it in my own mod, and if i got the money left but no efford to do it myself ,im the first to spend my money on your SR hardware..

Its ok :) its easy to read things wrong in written text! I doubt very much you could make the exact same spec units in Germany for less though. Its down to all the parts and materials, plus the fact they are made to order, so each unit is made to the customers spec. A lot of people think our products are expensive until they buy something..... Then they change their mind :) In all the units we have sold, we have never had a complaint about quality or price EVER! :) Infact we get a huge number of e-mails form customers who are amazed at the quality and finish...the trouble is, that quality does not come cheap ;)

Just read about the four paddle blocks. Now that will be interesting.
Not sure how you will solve that on the T500? Standalone set?

We are developing a 'special' setup for the T500 including our paddles for a 'corporate' customer right now to be used with our static SLI mount like you have hampus, along with a wheel adapter and small GT button plate :) The 4 paddle set is a little way off, but its in the works ;)

I wish carbon fiber was less expensive, but it can get very pricey real quick depending on what type you get.
With one off's might also want to take into consideration the drawing time, programming time for the individual sets. on the ones I paint, i make sure to sand all the machining marks off, so nice and smooth, and the black plex ones are polished back out to high gloss. I take great pride in my work and want ppl to have something they can be proud of as well.
If any questions, dont hesitate to ask either me or Brian about them.

Hi Keith

To be honest its not that feasible, of course it could be done, but it would require a lot of work. It would also require the use of a new input board or SLI to interface the paddles/buttons etc......
