I had this too, but as you see in your black screenshot - it shows "MotoGP" in path, not "MotoGPTM20". Pasting did not work for me as well, but somehow I managed to get this right... I think it does not like " TM " in folders name.
I did it once more - when you select folder: path will appear, but - in selection window row - select MotoGPTM20 with mouse - copy, and manually paste, replacing incorrect MotoGP with MotoGPTM20...

Hm, strange. Version 1183 of Umodel is also OK... wait - you have "stream"? not steam?

i change the file name "stream" to "steam" can not open same

No, you don't need to, it works fine on other drivers too. I use D drive as well.
It does look weird, it should be able to open it. Have you installed Unreal Engine Editor 4.23?

No you need to instal unreal engine 4,23 from the epic game launcher and when you try to export files with Umodel you have to make sure you use 4,23 and the paks folder wich you can find in motogp20-content-paks

i installed Unreal Engine Editor 4.23 already , but can not open same , TT
