Open Epic Games Launcher
Go to unreal engine
Then Library
Next to where it says engine versions there's a plus, click that and it'll start installing the most recent version of unreal editor that you haven't got installed (should be 1.19)

1) You can edit the 3D model, create the winglets, and import back in game.
2) You can't put motoGP 17 physics there because it's a different engine.

When I started there were no tutorials about it at all. I made that tutorial in order to give you the basic concepts, now what you have is enough. I won't make further tutorials

From what i learnt it is possible to access UE4 console only if devs included it un the "shipped" exe. In unreal tournament epic games did. Not milestone on mgp,unfortunately.

It been some months after the game release and only 2 guy know how to edit the number

HELP!! I have followed the tutorial step by step but when I create the.pak file, it creates a file that is 0kb and doesnt do anything. I have checked files paths etc. and everything seems to be in order. Have you come accross this before? Any idea what I'm missing?

Scrap that, I've figured it out. I had the most up to date version of Python and it doesnt seem to be compatible. 2.7 is the way to go! Thanks anyway.
