Help to convert rfactor to GTR2

Hello everyone, I am new to converting circuits from rfactor to gtr2 and the truth is that I would like to learn how to do it, does anyone know what tools I need to convert tracks from rfactor to gtr2 and how to do it?

It's not as easy as people think to do it properly.

There are lot's of small details that need to be attended to.
