Might make drivers a wee bit more cautious in diving into braking zones.

The trouble is that it can also be race ending for innocent participants. For example, someone might rearend you and you end up with completely broken suspension.

I think there are tradeoffs in both directions, but I'd rather we try other methods to improve driving standards.
