How much of an impact does the "bloat" actually have?
Has anyone done an A/B comparison?

If you've got the latest greatest card, in this case a 40 series, does having the bloat cleaned out actually have any impact?

The only "bloat" that I am aware of is GeForce Experience which you can and should exclude from installation.

Absolutely agreed there. Had it once and uninstalled it.

My C:\ is 31GB used 69GB free
I get it that way by not allowing anything I don't need to be present.
That is a good enough reason for me, nothing to do with performance.
