Downloads failing for anyone?

I am trying to download a few tracks for Assetto Corsa, but keep receiving failures after a few seconds. Anyone else having this problem right now?

FF,W10, black window with 3 blinking circles without anything else.
then the dl starts.
but now the complete HP is slow (DL too)

It appears to be because they have added some sort of tracking / advertising / monetisation thing as part of the download process instead of just offering a direct download like before.

Something to do with playwire.com:
"Connecting publishers and advertisers globally through Supply Chain Optimization with
{RI} Revenue Intelligence. Complete Monetization."

I can no longer download unless I allow javascript and also allow the playwire domain.

Since completing a Win7 update last week, I'm getting download failures (dark screen with 3 "animated bubbles" flashing on screen). I can download from other sites just fine.
