There can be exceptions to that. For example, last season Ryan Callan raced with us in Team Australia, and He's from England! He was able to apply because his Grandfather was Australian...

For me 2 Dq blue flags bug, you let pass but Dq

^^ not had that before myself.
Have seen it where you are not able let them past fast enough and get 3 really quick warnings then DQ'd, but never seen it happen where you let someone past and still get DQ'd for it :moneymouth:
Got more info on how that works then we can look out for it in future??
