URD_PX1_Revolution(Rebellion R One) More Realistic Physics

Greetings this is a slight physics update to the URD Revolution if any one owns the mod. To make this mod work drop the data folders for the appropriate cars urd_px1_revolution and urd_px1_revolution_v6 remove the existing data.acd from both car folders for this to work. Also don't forget to back up those data.acd files.

I added drive train losses to the power.lut and made slight changes to the aerodynamics of the car to give it the pace more in line with the real Rebellion R One(Original revolution's are much much faster than the Rebellion R One in real life). With the physics changes the urd_px1_revolution_v6(Rebellion R One AER) can lap spa in about high 2:00-2:01(with the setup i added to the setup folder) range compared to 1:56's. In 2016 the Rebellion R One AER qualified with a laptime of 2:01.204. The urd_px1_revolution(Rebellion R One Toyota) should lap in the 2:02-2:03 range.
