1.2.0 - Plugin mania – Minor fixes and additions

- The file structure has changed. Please delete these 2 files:
C:\Program Files (x86)\SimHub\NCalcScripts\SteeringAngle.ini
C:\Program Files (x86)\SimHub\JavascriptExtensions\SimHUDProjection.js
- Added correct steering angle for more games.
- Mapped ignition for ACC.
- Added handbrake input.
- Moved the controls to a dedicated "SimHUD Projection" plugin.
- Included the "Extra Input Properties plugin" allowing for better compatibility across games for the input display.
- Included an updated version of the "iRacing Extra Properties" plugin.
- Minor fixes.
