Mod loader says its loaded but it doesn't show up when i press F4

For some reason my modloader says that its loaded but after that it says that it throws to much errors so it disables the mod

The console says it' been disabled becasue it's throwing too many errors. What a shame. I rally wanted a 1200hp awd satsuma.
