if you can't lower it because it gets back to the default position just press F4 to open the menu, then press F8 and then lower the car. that way it will stay lowered.

For some reason my modloader says that its loaded but after that it says that it throws to much errors so it disables the mod

I got it working. Then after i downloaded another mod this tunermod didn't work anymore.
