Compatibility update

RFCMP installation got replaced by MAS and virtual driver installation. Simply can't ensure to keep them up to date anymore.
Check out the readme file for installation instructions.

UI icons

- Added UI icons
(sorry, I hate unfinished work :whistling:)

Be sure to uninstall and delete the old rfcmp-packages and restart the game before installing the new versions rfcmp-files.

Bugfixes

- Fixed conflicting 2019 & 2020 skins for the rfcmp installation (Merc, Porsche & Audi)

New installation variant

- Added a rfcmp package installation variant.

Please first delete the virtual drivers in your UserData/player/Settings/* folders in case you want to switch to the rfcmp version.
