how to do to set the npc cars drivable? also can u update this?

i only downloaded this mod so I could drive the bus and the only cars that appeared on the menu wear the ones that already drive and now i am very s a l t y

It shows drivable fittan and bus and yellow car but non of them show up on the menu

please just update the mod, it doesn't work with NPC anymore, good work though.
