I read the installation instructions but the truth is that I don't understand them well, is it ok if I drop the .rar in content manager?
Crazy to think this is in-game footage.

Great looking filter, one of the best for screenshot by far and even for gameplay it looks really good.
My only problem with it is that in photo mode the depth of field doesn't work really well (it's waaay less blurry than it should be with some combinations of f stop and focal length), so I fixed it creating a copy of the post FX script and pasting these values from another post Fx:

[DOF]
ADAPTIVE_APERTURE_FACTOR=0
APERTURE_BACK_LEVELS_NUMBER=7
APERTURE_FRONT_LEVELS_NUMBER=7
APERTURE_F_NUMBER=11
APERTURE_PARAMETER=2
APERTURE_SHAPE=6
BACKGROUND_MASK_THRESHOLD=0.02
BASE_FOV=70
EDGE_QUALITY=4
ENABLED=1
IMAGE_SENSOR_HEIGHT=0.35
QUALITY=5

I suggest others using this script to give it a try, apart from this no other issues found.
Can't install, is there a way to teach?

You have the install process inside the .rar, there's a .txt file with step by step and there are screenshots to install process of Reshade program if you want to use it with reshade, if you want to use only the ppfilter, simply drag and drop the "System" folder into Assetto Corsa main directory

Actually I'm very happy because in general it looks good, but everytime when i want to take an screenshot it shows a lot of weird pixels and it would be nice when anyone could help me with that.
it is awesome but i don't know why when i start practice i cant drive... also i cant get it to work on content manager
looks great! Thx!

Thanks you for the review and rating ^^ Enjoy and let me know if you have a problem with the filter
Wow. This is the first time I have experimented with filters and keep seeing the magic and beauty of this game. It really changes how things look and feel. Excellent work!

Thanks you for the review, there's an user that point me a problems with darkness and the filter (is a gamma-contrast-colorgrading combination problem) if you're experience this kind of "bug" shadows that looks grey, not black, it'll be fixed in the next update, i'm working on it right now
I think this filter is amazing and very photorealist but at night, the game becomes very blurry and orange tinted and I'm not sure why. Is there a fix?
el_mattpro
el_mattpro
Actually that shouldn't happen in this specific version, i remove all the warm tint settings, are you using reshade? the blur problem ... i never heard of that, maybe you're using an outdated inmersive_acc_sol.ini file? if it is blurry while playing the only setting that comes to my mind is [Chromatic_Aberration] inside ppfilter, that it is disable, but you can check, or maybe a problem related to Sol weather version? because it happens in NightOnly, really strange. For the most current version, are you still using the same settings for your screenshots? Or has something changed? For I haven't been able to get the paint be reflective enough for the right night shots like yours!

To have reflection on Night Weather you must have the latest shader mod update. A track with LightConfigs (Track Lights). Settings: Reflection - One Face per Frame - Obligatory. The car have to be placed between lights and darkness, the reflection will move depends on your "camera" position, in that case i was using Daytona 2017 mod (Track + Lights for the Track) + Night mod from 2015 that is black sky only (i tweaked it to look brighter, it was too dark by default) a replacement will be Gbw Clear set at 00:00 (Night) - Other thing that can help for night is PostProcess settings set to Maximum, but the one that makes the different is Reflection One Face per Frame and the weather+time+Track Lights
good stuff.

Thanks! ;)
Still the best PP filter out there and this update made it even better! I have a problem though, im getting weird white ghosting behind the cars, is there any fix for this?

You can try to disable Reshade while in-game and see if this is related to reshade, if it is related to the app, then disable MXAO or Clarity to check if it solve it. If you still geting the ghost no matter if Reshade is enable or not, then it is CustomShaderPath issue, you can fix this by disabling some things on ExtraFX such as SSLR and Motion Blur settings, also in Nice_Screenshots "AcumulationBlur" it this happens on screenshots only. Thanks for the review
Advising people to switch re-shade fx off to gain the FPS back which they already had without it is madness. Without the fx what is the point? What you're offering can be achieved much simpler without the complications and hassle of re-shade. I clicked 5 stars as not to spite but it should be 3.

There's always a person asking why his Ultra 4k settings went from 100fps to 95fps when activating the Reshade, so i give an explaination about it and how to fix it with the less visual modification posible from the reshade preset. Thanks for the Review.
I don't know what monitor do you use and how it's calibrated but:
1. Day is a way to bright.
2. Day dark is to blue.
3. night looks the best for me at day. xd

The monitor configuration and game settings are on post and video (for screenshots), Vivid filters specially HC uses Auto-Exposure, you can change exposure with AVPag and RePag buttons, is in the post too
A bit rough around the edges but beautiful and really enhances the visuals in a way that honors the car designs.
