V10.2 is the new and last version (no more empty archive). You need 7zip v19.00 at least to open archive.

Compliments to the many hours the creators have lovingly poured into this 10th Anniversary Patch. If you are new to pc's take the time to follow the instructions in the readme text file. This is the very first mod I have ever installed in any program so if I can do it, anyone can.

Nobody reported such a bug in 3 years so I need to know which car(s)/track(s)/settings ? HQ or default ?
Default cars/tracks are stock game so not modified by 10th A.Patch.
If bug occurs with 3rd party track/car mod (i.e. WEC Le Mans) that you've installed then it is not related with 10th A.Patch.

nice, but first-person camera mode rotates right & left when turning, it's very annoying. as I recall, the original version of this game had no problems with first-person camera

No it is not due to 10th Anniversary Patch (it fixes bugs and doesn't add new ones LOL), you have simply enabled this option in menu : OPTIONS >> ADVANCED >> APEX : KEEP SLIDER OFF AT 0% and your head will not follow apex (head turns left/right) when turning steering wheel.

Really good to use on offline versions, but unfortunately it breaks multiplayer (no way to log in after installing it).

No, it doesn't break multiplayer !!!
It is a 13 years old game : Simbin servers are closed for many years now so no more online multiplayer even without 10th A.Patch. To play online nowadays you need to join a GTR2 league like koelschbierbude.de : tested and it works with 10th A.Patch. So make a clean gtr2 install, apply 10th A.Patch, download and run league file updater, then join your league server.

It's a 3 star for now since I'd like to be able to drive without feeling like I'm destroting my wheelbase ... here's my problem:
I have a CSW 2.5, and I set the FFB settings for CSW 2.5 in the installation thing. But, It's basically impossible for me to drive as my wheel goes absolutely nuts, it goes very abruptly from left to right, it even tries to get away from me when I drive. It'll abruptly move where it wants to in a big "clonc" sound and feel.
I tried de-activating the FFB option and run the "0" one instead but still the same problem occurs. And I am running the recommended settings in my Fanatec menu aswell.
Could you help me please ?

But keep in mind that it is fixed only for my mod, any other mod you will add can do that if ffb multiplier is above 1.0 in hdc

Are you kidding ??? 3 years of work to reach v10.0, more than 1000 downloads in last 3 months for this v10.0 : IT IS NOT DUE TO MY MOD !!! YOUR BUG COMES FROM ANOTHER MOD YOU HAVE INSTALLED : DO A FRESH INSTALL OF GTR2 + 10th Anniversary Patch ONLY and YOU WILL SEE BY YOURSELF THAT HQ CARS DO NOT JUMP : stock cars and any other 3rd party cars are not modified by 10th Anniversary Patch !!!!

The archives won't open, even with the latest 7-zip. Can you create a proper archive that is not corrupted?

Unable to either "open" any of the three separate 7-zip files (one file for each patch) or extract them. Error messages pop up: "Cannot open the files."
When I right click on the files and use 7-zip to extract them to my GTR game directory, the file size of the game directory remains the same -- proving that the extraction process did not function for some reason.

It would be nice if someone made a video (youtube or otherwise) or very detailed step-by-step instructions as to exactly how to use these patches and exactly every step needed to copy/extract and everything else to get the game running using these anniversary edition patches.

I have googled this and I have also tried extracting the patches first to my Steam GTR directory. This resulted in the Steam game crashing.
I then archived extracted my Steam GTR game to my root harddrive directory (C: GTR) and tried extracting the patches there. This also didn't work; the extraction process didn't work...

IT IS CLEARLY WRITTEN TO NEVER MODIFY ORIGINAL STEAM FOLDER BUT TO MAKE A COPY OF STEAM GTR2 DIRECTLY AT THE ROOT OF ONE OF YOUR DRIVES.

ONLY 001 ARCHIVE CAN BE OPENED BY USER, INDEED 002/003 PARTS ARE REQUIRED TOGETHER BUT ONLY USED BY ARCHIVER DURING EXTRACTION OF 001.
