Peter Boese is relentlessly working to further improve the quality and realistic look of Assetto Corsa with every single revision of his Good Bad Weather Suite. With every iteration of his mod he is also adding advanced features of automatic weather selection, custom filters for each weather and time, features as rain effects, beautiful fog and mist effects ... the list is endless.

Peter is also very active and communicative with users of his mod and is really working hard to help out with people who run into issues + it is one of the very few mods that come with a proper manual + it very much is the most complete manual I have ever seen for ANY mod (make sure to study it).

I cannot imagine Assetto Corsa without Peter's GBW Suite - it is one of the few MUST HAVE MODS!

The author continues to out do himself with every release. The latest addition of variables that allow the user to customise the effect is a next level touch. A standalone tool/app to adjust these variables would be a nice touch.

Author... I saw this time lapse on Reddit and thought of you. Perhaps you will find some inspiration in it for 2.6

this in content manager is just incredible!! many thanks!
just one thing: since 2.5 (or 2.4, not sure) i get an error code when using oculus...
i can still play and dont recognize anything while driving,
but i get a CM notification: "Can´t run weather script
Attempt to perform arithmetic on a nil value".
Tested back and forth, only happens when Oculus is chosen

Hi,

Just find this line in the gbwSuite__config in __gbwSuite folder:
if string.find(video__render__mode, "OCULUS") == 1 or
string.find(video__render__mode, "OPENVR") == 1 then

vr__active = true
and set vr__active = false also.
