Hi,

Does anyone know something about this servomotordriven wheel?
It's still under development and over at ISR they were superenthusiastic bout it.
Anything from an esitmated price or release date would be awesome
although I doubt it having searched the internet already

It's not been confirmed but, it appears that button-support may be built into the Quick-Release too.

If that's the case, it'll be perfect to not have a USB cable hanging out the back. So long as they sell a DIY type hub, I'm happy.

Just a couple more tidbits of info from the iRacing forums regarding the Quick-release and the AccuForce wheel - most of this has been confirmed by Berney Villars:

*The AccuForce will be "Modular" in design
*The QR is said to be a custom NRG brand version with multi-pin support
*The QR supports custom-modded wheels = plenty of custom options
*The stock rim will likely be as shown in the photos, comes with the QR, 12 buttons
*A Momo wheel upgrade is being considered

Based on the criteria Berney&Co. has outlined as one of the primary design goals - it should be the last wheel we'd need. The ability to mod/upgrade rims should provide enough options to satisfy most.

Honestly all of my future purchases are going to be geared for a lifetime of 10 to 15 years lol! Cost sucks but you pay for quality.

Here's a small update - sorta.
