AC DRM Revival @ Riverside Int. Raceway Long - Fri 13Apr18

Assetto Corsa Racing Club event
DRM Revival 6.jpg

The wait is over and now it's time to have a Revival. With the release of the great work from the DRM Modding Team we get to experience these fire breathing beasts with giant turbos, a lot of lag, accelerators that feel like detonators and the sound of the blow off valves huffing a puffing themselves to death. Combine that with Riverside International Raceway and you're in a time machine taking you back to the 70's. The race will be 60 minutes with a mandatory pitstop between 10 and 50 minutes.

**The US is in Daylight Savings Time**

RaceDepartment.com US DRM Practice #37 practice server will be provided.
Drivers, since this is a multi manufacturer event, please have your car choice in by Friday 17:00 EDT | 21:00 GMT | 08:00 AEDT to guarantee your car selection so we can finalize the server. Late sign up get what's left on a first come first served basis. Thank you for understanding.
A message to all Drivers
If you run off track, you have to check and see that its clear before you re-enter the track. Do not just keep the gas pinned and pull back on track.
When entering the track from the pits stay off the racing line until you are up to speed and do not race on your out lap. Let other drivers by in qualifying.
On re-entering the track stay off the racing line until you are up to race speed and do not block any fast approaching car. Remember, you've made the mistake by going off so let them by cleanly.
Golden Rule
  1. Be 100% sure it's not your fault and just carry on like nothing happened and take the risk of being banned for 30 days.
  2. Play on the safe side and wait for the affected drivers, knowing 100% sure you will not get a ban.
Track limits
  1. No more than 2 wheels over the white/yellow line without a complete lift of the gas please if it is safe to do so.
You will be penalized if you break our rules
Note: Please use your full real name in teamspeak. Not doing so may result in you being kicked from the server if an admin cannot identify you as a premium member.

Sign me in please, thanks Bobby.
Anyone knows how these cars are sorted? They can race all togheter?
You got it. The way I understand it is they should all be able to run together. We'll find out through practice this week. I know I'll be driving the Capri or Lancia no matter what, just because I love them.

Edit: They are designed to run together, but there is a big power difference. See Jonas's comment here

OK ... this is as good a place as any for my first RD race. Sign me up.

I'll probably be in one or the other of the 935's. Can I get some laps in first and let you know which car?

Yes sir you can. You don't have to decide until later in the week:) If I could know by Thursday, that would be great, but early Friday afternoon is ok as well:thumbsup: Glad you're going to join us:)

I'll preemptively sign up for this one since I know I can't miss out, but I've got no idea what I'll be driving, especially considering I don't actually own the pack just yet. I'll be doing a lot of testing and practice for a few races in the next few days.
