the sound doesnt work for me

Same problem than everybody. We can copy a ".bank" file from other original Kunos car and rename exactly as the name of the corvette mod but, keep the ".bank" extension.
But, for real, that's frustrating after read so many people saying that the sound was amazing and maybe the best. Hope the fix to be updated.

This may be a silly question but why do we keep meesing with the outdated C6 when we know there is a C7 in the works? Just curious. And also, why is the C6 named different than the other EGT cars?

This is still the wrong .bank file (causing low FPS and missing certain sounds [external, etc]). Seems like the .bank in this archive was an old one (35,027,648 bytes versus 34,563,712 bytes).

To fix, just copy mercedes_sls.bank file:

FROM--> \assettocorsa\content\cars\mercedes_sls\sfx

TO--> \assettocorsa\content\cars\corvette_c6r\sfx

Then delete the corvette_c6r.bank file in the corvette_c6r folder and rename mercedes_sls.bank to corvette_c6r.bank.

Regarding the race performance of the C6R, some URD devs supplied new data.acd files (which contain the physics and the tyre.ini files)
Feel free to try them and give feedback here.

the _76, _77, _78 and _78_02 designations correspond to the pagenumber over at the official forum thread

I've searched far and wide for this. For us simpletons not on the "inside", there is a script which tries to do it, which you already know about, but it doesn't seem to work correctly.

Anyways URD, great mod guys
