This car is really tail happy by default, so don't be surprised when it throws it arse about.

If you don't like that behaviour, you'll need to dial it out.

Have a look at the diff "coast" setting and ride heights, as they made the most difference for me.

I'm always a bit wary about recommendations in case my style is different to others style, and it actually makes it worse.

I found increasing the Coast diff lock, lowering the back and raising the front ride heights helped me.

The HUD from the Renault is in french, that's why.

Once you master the Renault you can drive anything, I suppose. I have a long way to go.
When I release the accelerate at high speed before a corner the car brakes out. What helps is liftting my foot from the accelerate not to fast. Or just use the tail-braking to help cornering? Use the accelerate to do the cornering?
