Like last week, another first rally here, and another win :eek:


Stage wins
Simone Demi: 5 stage wins :star::star::star::star::star:
Lukasz Demolin: 2 stage wins :star::star:
Warren Dawes: 1 stage win :star:

Only three retirements, plus three of us that went into overtime on Noiker

Even though the final times are pretty spread out, the stages are very close in general. On every stage, the winner never had more than a 10 second advantage in front of the next guy. Even on Noiker and Joux Plane.
Lukasz was 0.02s behind Simone on SS5 :eek:. Dariusz 0.41s behind Warren on SS1 :eek:.


Twas a fun rally for me, was smiling all the time (even when stuck in mud for 2 minutes ). Nice find Warren :good:.

Looks like TWO crashes AND one costly spin was a "bit" too much . Great to be so close with Warren and Simone, we were really on the edge most of the time (can't stress the 0.02 enough ). A rally like this really motivates you to drive some more, already looking forward to the next event.

And a NOIKER win. That makes my day

Well done to Lukasz too, some nice times there, especially that Noiker run, it must have been near faultless. ray:

I'm glad this car proved popular, I hadn't tested it much at all, and wasn't sure how such a slow one would be received. I found it really nice to drive but still could be tricky in some situations.

Not much red ink as expected, but overall times were not as close as I expected, probably because small off's ended up fairly heavily penalised. I'd be happy to give this car another run in the future, always good to find new little gems in the Pack.

Put your protective helmets on for next week though, the action will be waaaaaaaaaaaaaay faster. :wink:

Sorry i couldn't make this one guys, was helping some friends out last night cleaning up after heavy rain caused some floods here in Brisbane.
Good to hear people had a good time throwing the ford rally classic around, quite intrigued to see what Warren's going to throw at us next?

Having trouble with names and flags on windows. Can anyone try to put something on the rear side windows?
Looks like only the top one is shown in game. The other window is just the top window again, translated to the right side of the car (writing is on the inside)

I tried it, it's just like you described, it's clearly unfinished. Maybe you can simply slam a name on the fender underneath the back window (optionally with a flag)? No point in spending too much time figuring out the unfinished, broken model

Text on the body is trickier, I'd have to do a scrape version, and mud.

This one turned out to be very long, and quite messy. But you'll have to live with it :tongue:

You're the reason it's so long . Most people will probably get bored, but I just couldn't leave Noiker alone.

I tried to fiddle with it to make it better, but Sony Vegas can be such a pain, that I eventually just gave up, and started uploading this humongous file :eek:
500+ MB, 300+ minutes remaining.

Absolutely brilliant movie Senad, and you had some classic material to work with there. :tongue:

You are developing some incredible video and comedy skills mate, now you need to turn your skills to driving too. Loool.

I had some huge laughs at this one, when I selected this car I had no idea that drivers could get into so much trouble with them (love the 18 point turn and the glacier speed up the hill at Noiker, lool). It just proves that even a slow car can prove to be a handful in RBR, no wonder we all love this Sim so much.

Thanks for making these videos Senad, thanks to the guys for their funny replays, and thanks to Lukasz for the car skin additions, it all adds to the fun of our rally Club. :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Very nice Senad. Mr Dawes needs to create some more memorable moments I reckon, not just this "How good is the view!?" Lol.

Be honest, how many of you have actually noticed the view on that stage... I sure as hell haven't!
