F1 2016 PC | F1 2016 DNA Racing League

Hi fellow Racing-Fanatics!

First of all, how happy are we all together that Codemasters finally pulled it off and deliver us a well balanced, fully functioning Multiplayer part of the game and a much more 'simmy' feel of the Handling-Model then all of the previous titles in the F1-franchise?! Ok, that's of my chest!

We just got the dedicated forum up for our coming League of F1 2016 on the PC-version of the game, we are proud as Ramteam Racing for the fact we are able to host this League for all of you out there who might be interested.

A big Announcement, of all the Info and Dates you need to know, will be made coming Tuesday, 30th of August. Also the Registration-Thread goes up then.

Be sure to keep this page updated because this League on this amazing game will be epic!

As a final note, we would like to give a special thanks to the RaceDepartment Team to give us the possibility for hosting a League here, thumbs up!

True, but in my opinion it makes the game alot more realistic in the way you need to approach the pit entry.
It takes some extra awareness of the player to slow down the car in the fastest way without getting a penalty or losing alot of time to others

Good luck crashing into people who are playing without assists and are slowing down for line meanwhile you come from behind 270kph and even if you don't crash into him, the car infront will ghost and you will just pass him now imagine how big of a advantage you gain with it

Although I see where you both are coming from I still don't see the problem.
If there's a car in front of you, going into the pits, then you always have to be careful.
Also when you have put Pit Assist ON.

Main reason that I hesitate to change it, is the fact it's now 2 days in advance and everybody knew the rules for weeks now plus the fact I don't know anybody who faced this problem already in the game..

After hearing some different opinions about the implementation of Pit Assist in the game I have no other choice then to make a Poll about it. This to see where we stand among eachother.

I think this is also the most honest way to make a final choice about it.

I still got this bugg, if i turn PA on i get no feeling when i go into quali or when i drive out of the pit's the feeling only come's back just before the corner.
Therefor i turned it off.
I just want to learn it, in real f1 you have no assists.

OFF all the way. I wish there was a proper manual pit lane procedure with slowing down AND hitting pit limiter button AND finding your box AND braking for it AND turning into it AND putting car into neutral AND putting car into gear AND driving off when clear AND hitting pit limiter button again. Basically all the juicy stuff that F1 drivers have but not the players.

I've voted off purely because all the other assists are off. I've never played with all the assists off (including pit assist) hence why I'm so bad at the moment aha, but definitely if everything else is off that should be to

voted on as it costs to much time as you will have to pit again for a stop go for speeding in the pit lane. at least have it on for this race so some of us can at least try and get use to it.

I've had the same issues and still do on occasion, and I never had pit assist on. I just weave a bit, that usually kicks the wheel back in properly.

the way you guys are going, pretty soon I expect to see a dress code for the event - please no dress suits and ties, I know its evening and we should be dressed in our black evening coats, wing shirts and bow ties (Downton Abbey Rules), but its still a Sunday nite anything else?
