Just picked up GTL!

Hey guys. I have been away from the RD for a long time and looking to make a comeback. I just picked up GTL on steam for 5 bucks! It looks like this club is pretty active and I am looking forward to jumping back in the seat. Just wanted to know if there are any pointers/advice I should know about for this game? Are there some must-have mods I need to download?

Apart from that, try and join the club server that is set up for thursdays club event with the default cortina: http://www.racedepartment.com/forum/threads/tc65-lotus-cortina-anderstorp-thu-6th-dec.60740/

Lots of good mods out there, my favourites are Big Ron's Boss 302, the Ferrari 250GTO and the Porsche 911s. Plenty of tracks to choose from too; VLM's Rouen, Sebring & Mid-Ohio are top notch, and there's numerous period tracks of good quality too.

Welcome to our little club Bryan.
i just moved you thread to this section as the club is for the posting of the club races ect..
Ross has given you a good few pointers..

there is the unlock that allows all cars and tracks to be used form the start..
(Car&tracks unlock)
(XD motec) very handy bit of kit

We download tracks and mods from 3 main sites
if you cant find them in our (download section) you will be directed in the club race page when signing for the event
(Site 1) :100mb limit per day.
(site 2) :
(site 3) : you have to register to download, its a good idea to register where needed
