General How to stifness the suspension? HELP PLEASE

Hello guys, I wonder if someone can help me...
I'm trying to adjust the suspension to one more stiff aka more hard suspension ready for track.
The car is a Mazda Miata Mk1... The suspension is too soft and then this happens:

Can someone help me to tweak the suspension? Another thing, it's possible to add more settings at the setup page? It only shows fuel, wheels, alignment, brakes but there is no suspension to tweak... Please I need help y want to do my dream car...

OK I fixed the suspension partially, now I need to fix a little bit of understeer at some curves. Thanks Itcars!
