SRO E-Sport GT Series Spa.jpg

News on the site might slow down a little this weekend, as tomorrow I'll be braving the sweltering conditions as we head off to Spa for round 3 of the SRO E-Sport GT Series...

Yes, near 40 degree temperatures are no deterrent for a plane, train and car ride across the Netherlands and into Belgium this weekend for the next round of the 2019 SRO E-Sport GT Series. If the excessive temperatures don't finish me off, then 24 hours of Blancpain GT Series racing and some strategic Stella Artois consumption will probably do the job...

For all those sim racers taking the pilgrimage to the finest GT3 race in the world, I look forward to saying hello to you over the weekend. For those of you who aren't heading to the Stavelot region this weekend, then don't forget you can stay tuned on our Instagram feed, watch the racing live on the official Twitch channel, and of course catch up on bits and pieces from the weekend here at RaceDepartment.com.

Sim Racing, endurance racing, GT3 and all things petrol (real or virtual) are AWESOME!

OMG it is boiling here. 32 degrees, 100 % humidity. Wow, not even doing anything today and I'm struggling. Tomorrow is going to be spicy.

Currently relaxing in the bar with Aris, Bram Chris and Antonella from 505 games. Had a nice chat with JF from Sector3 earlier too, check out our Instagram for pics....

It. Is. Hot. !!!

Say hello to Bram! Last time I spoke with him was when he had his bicycle injury! Have great weekend and share thing or two with us here , image or video

Is there any live streaming?

Couple of options.

The official Blancpain app is pretty good. It uses Dailymotion rather than the YouTube feed but has all the live timing.

As others have mentioned the GTWorld Channel on Youtube as well is your feed for all things SRO. So not just Blancpain but British GT, GT4, the new GT2 races and many others.

Something interesting I've noticed and I don't think it was there last year, there is a separate YouTube feed which has selectable onboards on it, plus track map and timing. Also a 24 hour onboard via the Schnitzer BMW team.

On the app there is a Live Plus option which I assume is the same thing.

Really looking forward to this one, it's going to be a great race. This race is always a little more old school compared to some others. Some looking after the car is needed if you want to make it to the end.
