In answer to your question: yes, that's fine, although you really don't have to worry about your pace. There are plenty of people here who started at the back and improved week after week.

Hi @Chris Down can you sign me up provisionally in a 911 please? I should be able to make it, but I'll try and get a little practice in during the week as I'll probably not get on until after qualifying has started.
