As a lifelong Motorsports fan I can't believe so many are stuck in the past

If 30 years ago you were shown a 2019 McLaren you would say the same

30 years ago Mclaren were reigning champions and it wouldn't be a concern if they put a little effort into a drawing. Right now they need everything in their F1 team.

ok so i've done some scribbling on the same 'make **** up' basis and this is what i think f1 cars will look like in 2050:

i reckon they'll be using a retro-futuristic ground effect sprint car looking thing with a bubble dome for the driver protection allowing for the use of racing top hats. the engine is a hybrid of driver operated bicycle pedals and a push-to-pass nuclear reactor.
