Formula 1 races

Hi,
First of, sorry if this is in the wrong place, I just can't seem to find where I should write this.
I have two questions:

1. Why are there no F1 races on RD with Assetto Corsa, or at least why so few? I can't be the only one who would love to race the F1-cars and follow the real F1 season.
2. Is it possible for me to arrange weekly/bi-weekly F1 races?

When I became a member at RD I drove a couple of open seater races, two F1 and if I'm not mistaken a couple with the Dallara. Great fun, even if I finished dead last.
