I really dont know what it means but I seriously need some help

I'm late now, but apparently turning on your mirrors in visual settings fixes it.

Man I can´t believe it. It is fixed, thank you so much.

I had this issue 5 minutes ago on Custom Shader Patch v0.1.68. I updated CSP to v0.1.73 then problem is fixed. No crash on startup for now.

I'm having this issue right now. I tried the Mirror solution but nothing. I couldn't change the name on my documents as it says it's being used. Can anyone help?

Strange, it worked for me. I had them off, but when i turned it up to 10xx by 256 it worked fine.
