Content Manager Change Materials in CM Custom Showroom! (RSS 2 V6 2020 mod issue)

Hello,
So I got the RSS 2 V6 2020 mod.
On racedepartment I found an Wheel Material and Texture Update which can be found here:

On the installing guide it says:
Instructions:

Changing the wheel material to OZ Racing satin chrome:
  1. Copy the "Documents" folder to your documents folder. In Windows 10, this is located here: C:\Users\<user name>\
  2. Go into Content Manager
  3. From the Content Tab, open the RSS F2 car into any CM showroom
  4. Click on any of the rims until they are highlighted (the wheel, not the tire)
  5. On the right, click on the three dots next to Material
    1. F2Rims01.jpg

To step 5. I can follow up but here comes the problem.
When I load any other car besides the RSS 2 V6 2020 mod into an content manager custom showroom and click on any part of the car and have a look at the Material and Textures that are popping up on the right hand side like on the screenshot in the instructions above I get the three dots behinde materials for example, BUT:

When I load the RSS 2 V6 2020 mod into the custom content manager showroom like in the insutrctions said and click on the rims the three dots behinde Material and Name doesn't show up, only the three dots behinde the different Textures show up.
But on any other cars the three dots show up behinde the name or material.
It also works on RSS F1 2017, 2018 and 2019 mod but not on RSS F1 2020, 2021, 2022 and F2 V6 2020 mod.

https://prnt.sc/Fs5pwSP3n_Lw <- Here is how it looks like with the three dots to change values
https://prnt.sc/Wrs2U3fPdA7s <- Here is how it looks on the RSS mod and I don't get any dots behinde material

I hope someone can help me!
