Probably because Chevrolet doesn't appeal as much to Europeans as Alfa Romeo does and as there are no ovals in the game (yay!) the game it self is probably more EU centered.

I'm sure I read Marco saying somewhere that the majority of Americans voting went for the more 'exotic' Euro manufacturers. Therefore most of the votes for Chevy probably came from outside the US

That's because we realized that absolutely no one was voting for American stuff, so we switched our votes....

These four cars (nicely balanced for online racing) + Nordschleife and I couldn't think of any other word to describe this than "epic". Since we got the license, maybe add a bit of Nissan Primera to the mix, to round up the taste with some fwd .

several Le Mans wins gives the corvette real racing cred! I'm not for this brand over that brand but found it's lack luster poll results a little disheartening.

I think when multiplayer is released and working, we have enough to race for more than half a year and KUNOS can slow down theire pace a little bit, while we are enjoying the faboulus sim.

I'm very partial to it, I got my first real simracing win in it two years ago !

Shame I missed a race and fecked up the sprint races, probably could have got the underpowered Alfa to 3rd or 4th in the championship!

Corvette won their class at Le Mans 7 times in the last 13 years-- which is a pretty stunning record amidst all the GT competition. Not quite as good as Audi in the top class during the same time but I think the Corvette, arguably, had more consistent competition.

C7 is growing on me the more I see of it...

The trouble is the C2, C3, C4, and C5 were all iconic cars for me so it has a huge amount to live up to.
(C1 and C6 aren't bad, just less distinct from their peers)

If someone wants to make this happen in AC I'm all for it, anyway.
